Richard Watters

Hi. I’m Richard Watters, owner/operator of Richard’s Pro Cleaning, and truly blessed to be enjoying life here on beautiful Vancouver Island.  Based in Nanaimo, it’s wonderful to be able to travel the Island servicing customers from Victoria to Courtenay and points in between.

Back in 1986,  I started out with a portable extractor from a rental store and a little Honda hatchback from Rent-A-Wreck.  Back in the day there was no such thing as the internet.  Some of you will remember when a pocket calculator was considered high tech! We’ve come a long way.

Over the past 25 or so years, I’ve encountered pretty well every kind of cleaning challenge you can think of.  Because I love spending time on the internet I’d occasionally think what a wonderful vehicle it could be to pass along some of the many cleaning tips I’ve acquired over those years.

But I am NOT tech savvy.  It wasn’t that long ago that the word ‘menu’ meant only one thing to me – FOOD! But recently I decided it was time to figure this internet thing out and learn how to get a site up, too.

Well, it’s a LONG learning curve with no end in sight yet, but here are the first early fruits.  It’s all quite primitive looking compared to many other sites I see online these days.  But looks aside,  I hope you will find the information to be of some benefit to you and your family.   Please make yourself at home and leave a comment on any of the posts if you like.
